    Though the state has experienced good rainfall and the rivers and dams are full, there is water scarcity prevailing in certain parts ofTirupati. People vie to get a pitcher full of water from water tankers. The reason for water scarcity in Tirupati is mismanagement. I appeal to Sri Chiranjivi, MLA, Tirupati to visit various places in Tirupati and do the needful to ameleorate the situation. Otherwise the people will think he is not at their reach.
